1. Refund Policy
Except in those cases where refund is a prerogative under UK law or where a Director authorizes a refund, there will be no refund or credit for such purchase(s) in most cases.
By completing a purchase you agree and acknowledge that no refund shall be processed except as provided here.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee our SLA in that it will assure the provision of a given reliable percentage of a time over a specific time period. The compensations in terms of the breaches of SLA will be outlined within the SLA policy and will so be treated separately.
Compensation related to SLA is different from UK consumer rights.
3. Charge Back’s / Disputes
If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any issues. If unresolved, a chargeback may result in service suspension, but we encourage resolution through communication.
4. Exceptions
Exceptions to the no refund policy include:
- Situations required by UK law (e.g., under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
- Cases approved at the sole discretion of our directors.
- Refunds may also be granted in exceptional cases where the service was significantly faulty or the customer experienced issues that were not resolved in a reasonable time frame.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
